State lawsuit against Jehovah's Witnesses
by Coded Logic inthe first of many lawsuits?.
(edited).
november 09, 2015. wilmington, delaware the attorney general's office is suing elders of the sussex county congregation for not reporting an unlawful sexual relationship between a woman and a 14-year-old boy, both of whom were congregation members.. state law requires any person, agency, organization or entity who knows or in good faith suspects that a child is being abused or neglected to call a 24-hour hotline.

I think they are fighting a losing battle claiming confidentiality. It is a judicial hearing by a kangaroo court shrouded in secrecy and nothing like a confession done in private. The elders are judge jury and executioners all at the same time. I remember at my hearing before these idiots I was told that no recording devices are allowed when I complained about this and said: Why am I not allowed to tape record this meeting I was told the secrecy was for my own benefit I told them 'Bullshit it's has all the marking of a kangaroo court. -

I sped through it. What a snooze fest. Rubber Mouth Lett and Tight Pants Tony are way more entertaining than this boring hamburger helper of the GB.

5 I don't know but my pot smoking early days were 67-72and then a 29 year abstinance then resuming. I remember tripping out on ten fat dubbies full of acopoco gold smoked in rapid succession and having the earth swallow me up after my friend seen a flying saucer land on the lake, woke next morning a little groggy but ok. But my reintroduction 29 years latter I can testify was way more potent and caused more paranoia. -

I think skunk might be the smell such like cannabis has that has the supper high THC content they may also be high in that particular terpinoid that smells like a skunk.
Thanks for the info on skunk I've only had it a couple of times and tend to stay away from stuff that inhibits communication between both hemispheres of the brain. How about the effects of listening and playing music while under the influence under influence of low concentrations of THC and high concentrations CBD I wounder they would tells us about this type of brain cross talk?

ealth benefits of music
Listening to music feels good, but can that translate into physiological benefit? Levitin and colleagues published a meta-analysis of 400 studies in the journal Trends in Cognitive Sciences, suggesting the answer is yes.In one study reviewed, researchers studied patients who were about to undergo surgery. Participants were randomly assigned to either listen to music or take anti-anxiety drugs. Scientists tracked patient's ratings of their own anxiety, as well as the levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
The results: The patients who listened to music had less anxiety and lower cortisol than people who took drugs. Levitin cautioned that this is only one study, and more research needs to be done to confirm the results, but it points toward a powerful medicinal use for music. -

I've known a few heavy pot smokers, I would say over time they get fat and unhealthy because all they do is sit down and eat, they don't exercise and this leads to other health problems.
I'm 62 years old, 5'7" tall and weigh 160 pounds get lots of exercise eat healthy and smoke about a pack of cigarettes about every 4 days. But everybody is different and some people have an unhealthy life style which is their choice regardless if they smoke Cannabis or not. Again high THC content with very little CBD can make one isolate themselves where CBD has the opposite effect.

A powerful sativa strain with a very high THC content can make you feel unsettled and start bringing up paranoid thoughts that make one feel frightened. Being a long time user you know how to kind of not let it get to you because you know this will pass in an hour or maybe two. That's why I recommend a strain that doesn't have all the CBD breed out of it especially for new users.
I started smoking cannabis when I was 14 for 5 years then left it for 29 years while being a JW and started up again in 2000 which led me to leave the JWs as it opened up my mind and helped me to see I was in a mind control cult by Febuary 2001 I left the JWs.

I think this rape issue in the bible written thousands of years ago is problematic if you go by the same standards today. Back then and even today(among those who follow a bronze age male Deity) women are to be dominated and are considered property, it worked back them as that was the mind set in the majority of mankind at that time.
Today things are vastly different as women can vote, get equal pay, and equal rights in many countries all due to increased understanding of our world. Staying back in the dark ages are religions like the Watchtower Corporation who take things literally and feel they should be enforced on modern man to make the Deity happy.

When a person is in psychic pain, they feel it intensely and are forced to deal with it. That makes a lot of sense.
THC has the ability to make conscious some of the things we have suppressed in the unconscious and yes dealing with it is much better(to which I might add micro dosing with iboga root bark(1/2 gram every 4 days) has the added benefit a disassociative so you can relive trauma without the intense emotional pains and process it with the prefrontal lobes I think it is excellent for PTSD, and XJdubs that are dealing with deprogramming themselves from the indoctrinated mind set as this will help you go deeper to root out all that bull shit you had to listen to 3 times a week.

Cannabidiol (CBD), a major nonpsychoactive constituent of cannabis, is considered an antineoplastic agent on the basis of its in vitro and in vivo activity against tumor cells. However, the exact molecular mechanism through which CBD mediates this activity is yet to be elucidated. Here, we have shown CBD-induced cell death of breast cancer cells, independent of cannabinoid and vallinoid receptor activation. Electron microscopy revealed morphologies consistent with the coexistence of autophagy and apoptosis. Western blot analysis confirmed these findings. We showed that CBD induces endoplasmic reticulum stress and, subsequently, inhibits AKT and mTOR signaling as shown by decreased levels of phosphorylated mTOR and 4EBP1, and cyclin D1. Analyzing further the cross-talk between the autophagic and apoptotic signaling pathways, we found that beclin1 plays a central role in the induction of CBD-mediated apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells. Although CBD enhances the interaction between beclin1 and Vps34, it inhibits the association between beclin1 and Bcl-2. In addition, we showed that CBD reduces mitochondrial membrane potential, triggers the translocation of BID to the mitochondria, the release of cytochrome c to the cytosol, and, ultimately, the activation of the intrinsic apoptotic pathway in breast cancer cells. CBD increased the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), and ROS inhibition blocked the induction of apoptosis and autophagy. Our study revealed an intricate interplay between apoptosis and autophagy in CBD-treated breast cancer cells and highlighted the value of continued investigation into the potential use of CBD as an antineoplastic agent. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related death in women in the United States (1). Conventional treatment options are often limited by toxicity or acquired resistance, and novel agents are needed. We analyzed the effects of the Cannabis sativaconstituent, cannabidiol (CBD), a potent, natural compound with reported activity in breast cancer cell lines, and elucidated its effects on key neoplastic pathways.
CBD belongs to the cannabinoid family, a group of pharmacologically active compounds that bind to specific G-protein–coupled receptors (2). Phytocannabinoids are plant-derived products from Cannabis sativa; endogenous cannabinoids are made in animal and human tissues; and synthetic cannabinoids are laboratory produced. The G-protein–coupled receptor CB1 is found mainly in the brain and nervous system, whereas CB2 is expressed predominantly by immune cells (3). Recent data suggest that some cannabinoids also signal through the vallinoid receptor (4), whereas others may function in a receptor-independent manner (3). Cannabinoids can modulate signaling pathways central to the growth and spread of cancer. They inhibit cell-cycle progression and chemotaxis, and block angiogenesis (5). Recent studies have shown that cannabinoids also induce autophagic cell death (6). Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is one of the best-characterized cannabinoids; however, its therapeutic applications are limited by its psychoactive effects. We focused our work on CBD, a phytocannabinoid devoid of these properties (3).
Although CBD is reportedly effective against various tumors, its molecular mechanism of action is not fully characterized. CBD is cytotoxic to gliomas and inhibits tumor cell migration in vitro (7–9). In addition, CBD induces apoptosis in human leukemia cell lines by activating classical caspase pathways, and enhancing NOX4 and p22 (PHOX) function (10). A recent study reports that CBD inhibits breast cancer growth (11) and downregulates ID1, a regulator of metastasis in breast cancer cell lines (12). Furthermore, CBD, in conjunction with THC, induces programmed cell death (PCD) in glioma cells (13).
